Hunchback Solution
I grossed myself out the other day. I caught my reflection – super-hunched over my computer with my belly hanging out. When I’m working so intensely trying to get a project out, good posture is not a priority… but it should be. Just sitting up straight at your desk works your abs way better than a billion crunches. The key is to REMEMBER to do it. Here are a few reminder tricks not be a computer hunchback:
1) Schedule an Outlook reminder. To be reminded just a few times a day can help build the habit.
2) Post-it Note on your computer that simply reads SIT UP STRAIGHT, SLOUCHY!
3) well, desperate times call for desperate measures… get old school and balance a book on your head. I know, I know, I’m a kook.
