Prevent Crypt-Keeper Hands
Few things are more unsexy than rockin a huge bandage from skin cancer surgery. Crypt-keeper hands… that’s unsexy. There is nothing you can do about them once you have them! Please be good to your hands. Include them in your good skincare routine. Dab a little sunscreen on the back of your hands and let it soak in. Sunscreen is sexy, even in the winter months. Here are some really quick tips for winter skin-care…
REMEMBER
1) There is nothing sexy about big bandages, skin cancer and being a wrinkley old hand-bag.
2) Dab on sunscreen and let it soak it – don’t rub it in.
3) Put it on the back of your hands too to prevent the crypt-keeper look – yucky.
Nothing can change my love for sunshine, especially in the winter. I just choose to enjoy my sunshine in a very smart and sexy way… sunscreen IS sexy. xoxoxo
Today’s Action Item:
Include your hands in an SPF party – they deserve it.

Hey Girl! Still looking sexy as ever. Don’t you think by now they’d invent hand-lifts! Jeez.
Oh Miss Susie…you are the only gorgeous woman I know who DOES make bandages look sexy!! And I was just thinkin’ about my own crypt-keeper hands this weekend (hubby upgraded my wedding rings for our 10 yr anniversary and I’m afraid my hands are distracting) Damn, I gotta start dabbing!!! You keep rockin’ that red lipstick girl – mwah!!
Hi there,
You look MAHVELOUS even with your bandage. I have to keep my hands sunscreened too.
Because I can’t be in the sun and still love going out, I am mixing powder foundation into my moisturizing sunscreen and using it on everypart of my body that might be exposed from hands to face and ears . I am also learning to love hats. It helps me feel and look better.
I just did one of the circuits. Modified for very weak me but it was a blast to be moving a bit more.
Love you girl,
Claire
