Say what? How do YOU say kegels? Had to sing a song about it…

My friend and Pilates Pin-up hot-stuff, Debbie lives on the West Coast – she says KEE-GELS.

I live here in the dirty south, the ATL – I say KAY-GELS.

Who’s right? Doesn’t matter… you still have to ‘werk it’ for several reasons:

1. It makes sex waaaay better.

2. You won’t feel like you’re going to pee in your pants when you exercise.

3. It works your abs from the inside out – I KNOW!

Here’s how you do it:

Pull the pelvic muscles in like you would to stop peeing – now hold it.  Not tight.  Just gently.

Practice this a few times a day and you’ll be singing the song too – haha.
