Sore Muscle solution…

You know how super sore you get after really working out?  Where it kills to sit down or stand up or walk down the stairs or wash your hair or breathe or be alive?  That’s the kind of sore I am right now.  Unless you are the laziest person on earth (which you arent’ because I know the laziest person on earth personally, and that person doesn’t read/watch my blog) – you’ve experienced this.

The soreness is caused from a couple of things… build up of lactic acid (by-product left behind after working your muscles) and very small tears in the muscle fibers (don’t get freaked out – it’s a tear down to build up thing.

Anyhoo, if you’re too sore (like I am) to do what I normally recommend - which is go workout – then try AHAVA muscle soothing soak.  It works.  Just soak in a tub for 20min then REST for 30min.  It totally takes the edge off and you can walk around like a normal human being again instead of like a zombie.
